My name is Peter Wilkin, and I am a keen amateur photographer. I am a past President of NIPA ( Northern Ireland Photographic Association). I have been retired from business for the past thirteen years, and took up photography when I retired. I started by using film and doing all my own processing. This meant developing and printing colour negative film. For the past five years I have gone totally digital My equipment is all Nikon, and currently use a Nikon D700 and a Nikon D40. I have a range of Nikon Lenses, and also have a Nikon D1X which has been converted to Infrared. I am a member of Ballynahinch Camera and Digital Imaging Club and enjoy the Club meetings every Thursday evening. My photography covers most subjects, but landscape work is my favourite.
